29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) 802 Corporation Park Shipping Area - On and prior to August 8, 2013, pallets of cardboard sheets were stacked up to 20 feet high, stacked at an angle, and not secure against collapse. Employees are exposed to struck by hazards while walking near the storage and while handling the product with powered industrial trucks.
