The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated  a) Revere Run, Building 4, Gloucester Township, NJ 08081: On or about July 2, 2013, an employees working from the basket of a JLG 600S Articulating Boom Lift was not protected from falls by the use of a fall restraint system.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
