(a) On or about July 31, 2013, in the NAS Commissary mark down area, the exit route was 12 inches and obstructed by storage carts and stacked boxes of merchandise.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. (a) On or about July 31, 2013, at the NAS Fallon Commissary in the MSC Clerk area, re-locatable power taps were dailsy chained and another power tap was used to plug in three beverage vending machines.

29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in bathrooms or on rooftops did not have ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel. (a) On or about July 31, 2013, at the Commissary Receiving Office, the wall electrical outlet receptacle next to the sink, and in the male and female bathrooms, did not have ground fault circuit interruption (GFCI) for employee protection.
