(a) On or about July 31, 2013, in the NAS Commissary mark down area, the exit route was 12 inches and obstructed by storage carts and stacked boxes of merchandise.

29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in bathrooms or on rooftops did not have ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel. (a) On or about July 31, 2013, at the Commissary Receiving Office, the wall electrical outlet receptacle next to the sink, and in the male and female bathrooms, did not have ground fault circuit interruption (GFCI) for employee protection.
