29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATIONS AND/OR CONDITIONS)(DESCRIBE HAZARD(S) WHERE NECESSARY)    (a)  Employees conducting roofing activities on a roof with a 7:12 pitch were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9.4 feet.
