29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets of other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: a) On or about August 13, 2013, the breaker panel outside the office had two (2) breaker slot covers that did not cover the entire space. b) On or about August 13, 2013, the breaker panel across from the maintenance department had four (4) breaker slots with covers that did not adequately cover the entire space, exposing the bus bar behind the plastic covers. c) On or about August 13, 2013, the breaker panel along the west wall had one (1) breaker slot cover missing, exposing the live conductors inside the cabinet. Abatement Certification Required.
