On or about August 15, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing sheeting operations on a roof 19.6 feet above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
