29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l). On or about August 15, 2013 Macsa Molinos Anahuac Inc. did not ensure that all employees were operating powered industrial trucks had been trained exposing employees to accidents while operating powered industrial trucks. Macsa Molinos Anahuac Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314703471 citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 301 East Insurance Street, Lubbock, Texas 79403.
