29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(i)(a): Point of operation on mechanical power press did not prevent entry of hands or fingers into the point of operation by reaching through, over, under or around the guard: a) Punch Press Department - The point of operation on the Minster B1-32-01, mechanical power press serial #B1-32-11516, was not completely guarded. The enclosure guard had openings on the front of the guard, left hand side, and a portion on the left hand side of the top of the guard. b) Punch Press Department - The point of operation on the Minster B1-32-02, mechanical power press serial #B1-32-9556, was not completely guarded. The enclosure guard had openings on the top portion of the guard. c) Punch Press Department - The point of operation on the Minster B1-15-02, mechanical power press serial #B1-15-11881, was not completely guarded. The guard had openings on the top and the right hand side.
