29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: On or about 08/15/13 at 5190 Town Lake Pkwy, Woodstock, GA. The employer failed to provide re-bar caps for all the protruding reinforcing steel for the sign that was under construction.
