29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6).Note:  Specify distances as indicated in table in paragraph (f)(6) of this section.     On or about 8/14/13     Location: 7 Weyburn Drive, Scarsdale, NY 10583     a) The scaffold and employees were less than ten feet away from the live electrical service line to the house.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:     On or about 8/14/13     Location: 7 Weyburn Drive, Scarsdale, NY 10583     a) Employees working on a single pole, site constructed, wood scaffold at heights up to 20 feet were not protected from falls by a proper guardrail system. The guardrail system consisted only of the crossbracing, there were no midrails.      Tri-State Brickface & Stucco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312863186, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/07/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Hoboken Road, East Rutherford, NJ 07073.
