(a)RGF Service, Inc. @ 3324 East 141st Ave., Thornton, CO 80602: On and before August 3rd, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in framing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a second floor on a single-family home. Employees were working on the second floor conducting framing activities not protected from falls in excess of 6 feet. The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
