29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: At this worksite, employees installed barrier paper at the peak of the roof at a height greater than ten feet did not have a fall protection system in place. Raymundo Mendez was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 1926.0501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 316195452, Citation Number 01, Item Number 001 and affirmed as a final order on 03/29/2012 with respect to a workplace located at 7929 Chachalaca Corpus Christi, Texas 78414.
