(a)Leo's Framing @ 10167 Norfolk St., Commerce City, CO 80022: On and before August 3rd, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in framing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a roof on a single-family home. An employee was working within the roof trusses not protected from falls in excess of 6 feet. The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
