29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a)Antonio Saavedra at 15970 Pikes Peaks Dr., Broomfield, CO 80023: On August 17, 2013 the employer did not ensure an employee was protected from injury, in that an employee engaged in roofing operations on a wood frame residential construction without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately 20 feet.
