29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii)    a. "Eggs and Things" construction project, interior scaffolding - Noted on or about 8/14/13 and at times prior thereto, the interior scaffolding was not fully planked on both the left and right sides.  The right side had a gap measuring aprroximately 2.5 ft. x 6 ft. thereby exposiing employees to a fall hazard over 5 ft.  The left side had a measured gap of approximately 9 in. x 6 ft.

29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Tubular welded frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would have secured vertical members together laterally:   a.   "Eggs and Things" construction project, interior scaffolding - Noted on or about 8/14/13 and at times prior thereto, a front, central section of scaffold framework was not erected with cross bracing.  The missing cross brace would cause the scaffold to be less stable under load.
