29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a)Balderrama Construction @ 9787 Olathe St., Commerce City, CO 80122: On and before August 3rd, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees engaged in framing activities on a single-family home under construction were utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet while standing on the exterior top plate.
