(a) Martinez Construction, LLC @ 1656 Venice Lane, Longmont, CO 80503: On and before August 10th, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in framing operations while walking and working on the second level engaged in framing operations on a multi -family residential complex under construction. Employees were not utilizing a fall protective system. Employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 10'.     Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
