29 CFR 1917.44(n): Vehicles used to transport employees within a terminal were not maintained in safe working order. a) North Charleston Terminal: Utility Truck Number 47, had a passenger side window which was stuck in the partially open position and the void and the window had been covered with plastic sheeting, reflective tape and engineer tape, which obscured the driver's vision out that window, including the side view mirror. ABATEMENT CERTIVICATION IS REQUIRED.

29 CFR 1917.152(d)(1)(xvi): Oxygen cylinders were not separated from fuel gas cylinders and combustible materials by either a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or a barrier having a fire-resistance rating of 30 minutes. a) Northwest corner of the Road Ability Trailer: An oxygen compressed gas cylinder was stored in direct contact with an acetylene compressed gas cylinder. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
