Chemical Storage Area/Maintenance Area - On or about August 20, 2013, the employer had not provided employees who work with corrosive substances ( potassium hydroxide and sodium metasilicate) appropriate hand protection. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards of hazardous chemicals.
