Giles Avenue, Chicago, IL. - Employees performing masonry activities on a suspended scaffold were using different manufactured scaffolding components that did not allow the scaffold to ascend and descend in a safe manner, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately fifteen (15) to eighteen (18) feet.
