Reivax Contracting Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 316229582, Citation 1, Item 2, issued on  2/9/2013, and affirmed as a final order on 3/1/2012, with respect to a workplace located at Radley Street and Schuyler Avenue in Kearny, NJ.
