29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. (a) On or about August 7, 2013, Elk #1H, drill site, at the entrance to the tool pusher trailer the walk way had a 12 inch ditch dug and a 4 inch pipe which obstructed the path. Employee(s) exposed to a tripping hazard. (b) On or about August 7, 2013, Elk #1H, drill site, at the entrance to an eye wash station there was a nine inch ditch dug. Employee(s) exposed to a tripping hazard.
