29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) Location - Non Commodity CRT Dismantling Area: On or about 8/21/2013, the employer failed to ensure that palletized CRT monitors and televisions stocked for disassembly by employees were secured against collapse. (b) Location - Shipping and Receiving: On or about 8/21/2013, the employer failed to ensure that palletized CRT monitors and televisions received and handled by employees were secured against collapse. Electronic Recyclers International, Inc. (ERI) dba Electronic Recyclers International - Massachusetts, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 892928, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/31/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 89 Cross Street, Holliston, MA 01746.
