29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6).Note: Specify distances as indicated in table in paragraph (f)(6) of this section. Jobsite: On or about 08/19/2013, employees set up and were working from the Alum-a-Pole scaffolding in close proximity to the service lines running to the structures whereas neither individual were protected against electrical shock by de-energizing the circuit and grounding or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means.
