Employees operate and perform maintanance of heavey machinery including but not limited to a Morbark 1300 Tub Grinder and a Caterpillar Wheel Loader. Employees are made aware of the chemicals they work with, and safety data sheet location through informal training. The employer did not have a written hazard communication program in place.
