Employees working at the 13421 Hawke road location are exposed to struck by and caught between hazards in that employees operate a Morbark 1300 Tub Grinder and a Caterpillar Wheel Loader.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) On or about August 21, 2013, the employer failed to have a written hazard communication program in place to inform employees of the hazards of working with Petroleum Distillate, Tractor Hydraulic Oil, and Zep Tube Flex. Employees operate and perform maintanance of heavey machinery including but not limited to a Morbark 1300 Tub Grinder and a Caterpillar Wheel Loader. Employees are made aware of the chemicals they work with, and safety data sheet location through informal training. The employer did not have a written hazard communication program in place.
