29 CFR 1910.66(i)(1)(i): Working platforms were not operated only by persons who are proficient in the operation, safe use and inspection of the particular working platform to be operated: a) Employer did not provide training program to each employee in order to recognize hazards associated with working from aerial lift platform, and to understand procedures to control or minimize those hazards. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
