29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented :  On or about August 21, 2013, employees were installing the roofing on the residential home under construction up to approximately 22 feet high without fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
