29 CFR 1926.704(a): Precast concrete wall units, structural framing and tilt-up wall panels were not adequately supported to prevent overturning and to prevent collapse until permanent connections were completed:    (a)  On or about August 16, 2013, Nordstrom Commercial Builders, LLC, as the controlling and creating contractor, did not ensure that employees of Rocky Mountain Structures Cranes, LLC dba RMS Cranes (subcontractor) were protected from crushing and struck-by hazards where the anchor points for the wall shores on a precast wall section were not adequately secured, resulting in the wall section falling.
