29 CFR 1926.704(a): Precast concrete wall units, structural framing and tilt-up wall panels were not adequately supported to prevent overturning and to prevent collapse until permanent connections were completed: (a) On or about August 16, 2013, Rocky Mountain Structures Cranes, LLC, dba RMS Cranes, LLC, as the exposing employer, did not ensure that the anchor points for the wall shores on a precast wall section were adequately secured, resulting in the wall section falling which created a crushing and struck-by hazard.
