29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) The employer did not ensure that employees exposed to contact with prill and fragance oils (such as cranberry manderin, pumpkin spce and mulled cider) and who were not protected from chemical burns and dermatitis on the arms, hands and face used appropriate personal protective equipment.
