29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a/ Bunzl New Jersey/Monmouth Jct. NJ Site - Warehouse Building #1, Aisle #22J19 and #22M11: The eye wash facility provided was not immediately accessible in that it was located more than a 100 feet away (near the Battery Maintenance Area) from where other corrosive materials are stored and handled. Corrosive materials include but not limited to Clean 3000 and Diversey/Bravo. Observed on/or about 8/20/2013.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a/ Bunzl New Jersey/Monmouth Jct. NJ Site Warehouse Buildings #1, #2 and #3: Material stored on metal storage racks and located in various sizes and types of containers and/or on wooden pallets were not secured to prevent falling or collapsing, in that: 1/ After selections are made by employees remaining product is not properly restacked 2/ Product is stored/carried on damaged wood pallets 3/ Wooden pallets without storage are vertically/randomly stored on metal racks above the floor 4/ Wooden pallets are stored in Staging/Dock Area are not secured or blocked 5/ Bulk storage (large boxes) at floor level had damaged containers allowing product to spill over and/or product was stored on top of containers without being secured Observed on/or about 8/20/2013.
