29 CFR 1910.303(b)(6): Equipment located in damp or wet locations was not identified for that purpose. On or about August 22, 2013, at a job site located at or near 506 East 12th Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri, one or more workers were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards while working in a wet or damp location with an unapproved electrical outlet. Abatement certification for this violation is required. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19
