29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. On or about August 21, 2013 employee was exposed to a struck by hazard when working at ground level without a hard hat from items such as but not limited to: building material and a pneumatic nail gun when employer and employee working above on a pump jack scaffold were placing siding on apartment building.
