29 CFR 1926.300(b)(6): "Anchoring fixed machinery." Machines designed for a fixed location shall be securely anchored to prevent walking or moving. (a) On or about 08/22/13, at the Helen Barrett Montgomery School No. 50, located on 301 Seneca Avenue, in Rochester, New York, a DeWalt Compound Miter Saw, was in use without being secured in place to prevent the tool from "walking" or moving during its' operation. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
