29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 2nd Story Deck, 5 Prince Street, Parsippany, NJ 07054. Employees installing plywood flooring were not protected from falls by use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. During such activities workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet to the ground below. Violation observed on or about August 21, 2013
