29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   On or August 23, 2013 at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations 9.8 feet above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).  Bunay Brother's Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 (b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315509059, citation number 1, item number 4a and was affirmed as a final order on September 26, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 4833 N. Francisco Ave., Chicago IL.
