29 CFR 1910.145(c)(3): Safety instruction sign(s) were not used where there was a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measure(s): a) Facility, 111 Hoganas Way, Hollsopple, PA: On or before 08/23/13, employees were working at or near a Donaldson Torit Modular Baghouse located inside the building performing monitoring and cleaning tasks in the area of explosion vents which were not adequately not marked in the the venting direction to prevent or minimize employee exposure in the event of a deflagration or other controlled event. b) Facility, 111 Hoganas Way, Hollsopple, PA: On or before 08/23/13, employees were working at or near a Simatek Baghouse located inside the building performing monitoring and cleaning tasks in the area of the Rembe Q-Box II explosion vents and a safety zone was not marked in the the venting direction to prevent or minimize employee exposure in the event of a deflagration or other controlled event.
