29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) 355 Meadow Road, Edison, NJ 08817: Employees were engaged in roofing activities within 6 feet of the edge at heights of 22 feet and 33 feet from the ground, without fall protection. Condition observed on or about August 26 & August 28, 2013. Maka Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313985012, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/5/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 68 Route 1 South, Woodbridge, NJ 07095.
