29 CFR 1910.178(o)(2): Load(s) were being handled which exceeded the rated capacity of the industrial truck(s): Yard: An employee was exposed to crushing hazards while using a Sellick STM-55KD rough-terrain forklift to transport bundles of rebar in excess of the forklift's rated capacity. On or about August 23, 2013, an employee received serious head injuries when the Sellick STM-55KD forklift he was operating tipped forward while he was setting down the load.
