29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service:   On or about August 23, 2013, and at times prior thereto,  the employer did not ensure powered industrial trucks were examined prior to use for the following powered industrial trucks:  a) Yale Forklift used in the Shipping Department,  b) Yale Forklift used in Paint Shop 2.  Employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by the powered industrial trucks or by being crushed by a falling load.
