Employees of Roman Leyva Roofing were observed performing a residential roofing installation while exposed to a fall height greater than 6 feet.

Employees of Roman Leyva were observed by a Compliance Officer performing roofing activities at heights greater than 6 feet without using any convention fall protection; none of the employees had received training from their employer.
