29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) On the worksite located at 12600 Ustick Rd, Boise Idaho: On August 20, 2013 and at times prior thereto the employer failed to ensure the frequent and regular inspections of the worksite were made by a person capable of identifying conditions which are hazardous to employees, and who has authorization to take prompt corrective measures to eliminate them. Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
