29 CFR 1926.62(d)(1)(i): Each employer who had a workplace or operation covered by 29 CFR 1926.62 did not initially determine if any employee was exposed to lead at or above the action level of 30 micrograms per cubic meter of air (30 mg/m3) calculated as an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA):   On August 20, 2013 and at times prior thereto; front of residence; employees were removing wood, scrapping and sanding the paint from around the front window of the home without prior determination if lead may be present.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
