29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite: a) Front Yard - On or about 08/15/2013, workers were exposed to a fire hazards while using a compressed gas cylinder containing acetylene without having a portable fire extinguisher available when soldering joints in copper flashing.
