29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): A continuing and effective extermination program was not instituted where rodents, insects, or other vermin were detected:  a) Campgrounds, where an accumulation of rodent nests and droppings were located in areas including:  1. Newhalem Amphitheater, between the screen and roll-up cover, and the storage closet.  2. Goodell Pump House Bld. 1061, in the storage room cabinet.  The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 468154.015, citation no. 1, item no. 1, issued on July 16, 2012 with respect to a workplace at Packwood, WA.  The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309098218, citation no. 1, item no. 2, issued on September 8, 2010 with respect to a workplace at Stehekin, WA.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) Campgrounds, where employees utilized corrosive chemicals during tasks including:  1. Newhalem A-Loop Shelter, where Clorox Germicidal Bleach was used to disinfect food preparation surfaces.  2. Goodell Pump House Building 1061, where Multi-Chlor was utilized in the water purifying system.  The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 314899287, citation no. 1, item no. 1, issued on June 8, 2011 with respect to a workplace at Sedro Woolley, WA.  The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309098283, citation no. 1, item no. 1, issued on September 22, 2010 with respect to a workplace at Stehekin, WA.
