29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about August 27, 2013, on the west side of the building, an employee who worked from a man-lift without a body harness and lanyard to change out a light bulb in a sign was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet.
