29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about 08/28/13, at the Baird Single Family Home Infrastructure, located on 1813 Baird Road, Penfield, New York, an empolyee on a pump jack scaffold 15 feet above ground level did not have fall protection. The employer could not demonstrate that the use of conventional fall protection methods were infeasible or created a greater hazard. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQURIED
