29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about August 27, 2013, and at times prior, Interstate Roofin, Inc., as controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of GN Roofing Inc., subcontractor, were protected from construction site hazards through a program of frequent and regular inspections conducted by a competent person.
