29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a) Pellet Mill, on or about August 27, 2013, there were accumulations of fine wood dust greater than 1/8 inch in depth on vertical surfaces and horizontal ledges, motors, and electrical equipment, which exposed employees to fire and deflagration hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
