29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Location: 39 Irving Street, Worcester, MA: On or about 28 August, 2013 one employee was observed performing demolition work by the edge of a roof approximately 40 feet above the ground below without any fall protection as required by this subpart: Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
